The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. there was a small supermarket nearby, handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. Communication was a challenge as they only spoke Russian, and there were some mix-ups with services like breakfast.

Our group of friends had a great stay in this hotel. The location was convenient as it was close to the Mosque and a small supermarket, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern interiors and working mosquito nets. We also appreciated the presence of a water heater and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The breakfast, although served in the room without a proper eating area, was satisfactory with a variety of options. we had a pleasant experience during our stay.

During my recent stay at Premier Inn in Nur-Sultan, I was kinda surprised by the spacious and clean room. The water heater and hair dryer provided added convenience. I particularly enjoyed the excellent water heating and pressure in the shower. The hotel also allowed for early check-in, a nice bonus. Despite being located above the hotel's spa coal burning area, the room was surprisingly inexpensive and offered great value for the price.
